The Age of Life
Eventually life began to grow from the Continental Tree Top. First flora flourished from the tree tops. Next the great seeding produced four intelligent immortal beings to inhabit the lands and skies of Rüt: the Celestials; the Demons, the Devils, and the Dragons.
The first three were at constant war from the beginning. The gods feared the destruction of Rüt so they decided to create three new planes to which they banished the celestials, devils, and demons. The devils were sent to the Nine Hells Of Baator; the demons to the Infinite Layers of the Abyss; and the Celestials to the Seven Heavens of Mount Celestia. The fourth species, dragons kept mostly themselves enjoying the gift of life. The gods left them alone to roam Rüt while they retired to The Great Arboretum to recover from the creation of the new planes. The dragons left on their own formed societies and religions and believed into existence their own gods and dominated the world for thousands of years.
