Transitive Planes

The Transitive Planes better known as the Transitive Sea’s, are two different planes made up of little if any solid matter or native life. They each connect and allow travel between the Material Plane, the Inner Planes, and the Outer Planes. The Transitive Sea’s are — the Ethereal Sea, and the Astral Sea. The Ethereal Sea connects the Prime Material Plane to the Inner Planes. While the Astral Sea connects the Inner Planes to the Outer Planes.
