Eyerot

Eyerot is a disease that causes the carrier to slowly lose eyesight, followed by the rotting and subsequent loss of their eyes. Though the disease itself can be removed easily by magic and medicine, the damage caused by it is incredibly persistent, ignoring most healing magic including Greater Restoration.

Eyerot is transmitted by the bite of a Beholder or other species' of a similar kind.
