The Bloodletters

The Bloodletters is a cult located primarily in Reshnia that worships Vampires as deities. They are frequently known to use violence and the disease itself to push their views onto others, usually resulting in many deaths and injuries.
The Bloodletters elect their officials through a form of strength based kratocracy. Those who have been influenced by the vampiric ways of those who they worship are often given strength beyond that of the other members of the cult, and so are given higher positions of power. The head of the Bloodletters is the strongest member of the cult, often a fully fledged vampire themselves, and must defend themselves against attacks from other members wishing to usurp this position.

Territories

The Bloodletters own the majority of Lish and Luntor, though their influence has spread onto the main continent of Reshia also.

Foreign Relations

The Bloodletters do not directly work with any known organizations, due to their deeply rooted hatred towards those who do not accept their "gods'" blessings. They do, however, allow Hydra to pass through their lands unhindered, so long as they do not interfere with the Bloodletters' business in any way. Doing so would likely be taken as a declaration of war based on recovered Hydra intelligence and testimony from previous Hydra members, which is believed to be why such actions have not been taken as of yet.
