Rylqyn - Age of The Eisendrache

The path left behind by The Seliana Guild planted the seed for days of celebration and triumph. Tsinaal became a land of blooming opportunity following the banishment of the purple haze that claimed the continent, the world was freed of the tyranny of The Victoricci Empire, and the world seemed at peace. But, lurking in the shadows a dark evil grew. In the north, an alien plague purged the lands, in the south discord caused kingdoms to shatter, and ancient evils grew in the depths of Eldham.   The greatest cancer in Rylqyn, however, was the great power gained by Rul, Lord of Elementals, after he and his legions assaulted Ia’s plane, ending her and taking her power, causing the domain of balance to be thrust into chaos. He continued his path of ravenous crusade to the planes of Himmer and Glon, weakening the man-dependent domains of craft and harvest, before marching to the material plane.   The south became a battlefield, and hundreds of thousands were slain, mountains were crumbled, kingdoms fell and the land was changed forever. Finally, through an allegiance of the remaining major gods, celestials and mortals, Rul was slain and his legions banished to their plane. As the world mourned and rebuilt, the cosmos remained unbalanced without Ia, and so many minor celestials stepped up, claiming their spots as minor deities, filling the new needs of the cosmos.   Now, the world is beginning to heal. The elementals that once pillaged the plane have led to great advancements in magical technology and the future seems bright. The south has become a frontier of opportunities and danger for those who heed the call, overseen by the Eisendrache, a newly established train line expanding the south. The lands are characterized by their lawlessness and strife, but also by the codes of honor found within.   Our adventurers however, heed this call not by choice, nor hail from this scarred world. They instead come from ours, given a chance at a new life in the world of Rylqyn. Will they follow the ancient laws of honor, or forge their own path? Will they return to their lives, or be fallen again in this world of monsters, heroes and gods?
