New elvish

new elvish is the language most used for diplomacy in Oasis. It has the same words and sounds as old elvish but it also has some borrowed words from rumari. In fact old elvish was only a spoken language so when things needed to be written down the rumari alphabet and grammatical structure started being used and that became a standard.
