A magically crafted scroll that allows the user to witness pre-set dreams in their sleep. By using a Dream Platform (a glorified stand, really), the user will be able to activate the scroll, selecting targets with the help of a special "marker" that they come with. The marker, when placed on the target's forehead, will transmit the dream directly to their mind, using their brain to fill in any blanks. From there, all the user has to do is fall asleep! The dreams set within a scroll can be just about anything, from power fantasies, recreations of memories, nonsensical wonders, and even nightmares if you're into that sort of thing.
Because dream scrolls rely on peering into the user's brains, they are unfortunately abusable by criminals due to their ability to access or even alter the memories of those that use it. Black markets like to sell fake memories within these illegal scrolls to go with identity thieves, but this is extremely dangerous as the risk for overwriting personalities or inducing amnesia is very high. As such, dream scrolls are legally only allowed to be made just for that: dreams.
