Cassandra's personal sword and her favorite weapon in her arsenal. Heaven's Gate is a powerful blade that resonates with holy magic. It's unique in the fact that it will only "awaken" if the wielder tries to tap into the magic generated by the selenite crystal built into the hilt. This allows the sword to go from a dormant, "closed" hilt with a mundane appearance to the holy sword it was meant to be. The hilt becomes more ornate, with the guard donning three pairs of wings gathered together on each side that span upward. The crystal resonator powering the sword's magic gives the wings a light blue glow, but it switches to gold when the wielder continuously with holy spells. The blade itself is made of a lunastrum alloy of mithril and titanium, giving it a silvery-white appearance.
An absurdly expensive blade created by the finest Lunarian forgers, but nothing the royal princess can't afford. A personal, one of a kind holy sword? All worth it to her in the end.

Manufacturing process

The mithril must be made into an alloy with titanium. The sword's hilt is made around the selenite crystal used to resonate its magic in order to properly fit it. The wings are allowed to form and spread out properly as a result of this.
