The Light Elves develop magitech communicators, allowing the people of Sagrea to speak to each other from across the globe.

The Light Elves invent Sagrea's version of the phone through magitech. These devices, dubbed communicators, allow people all over the world to speak with each other regardless of distance for as long as nothing can interfere with or jam its magic.
