Establishment of Dokkalfheim

Founding

The Dark Elves decide to end their life as a nomadic people and actually create permanent settlements in southern Frigus.

Fearing that the expansion of other kingdoms will eventually leave them without so much as a temporary home no matter where they stay, the Dark Elves eventually decide to begin founding their nation of Dokkalfheim in southern Frigus.
