Yet another act of incompetence by the Sunstone emperor causes a 50 foot selenite crystal to fall on and destroy half an orcish city. The ordeal ends with an eternal war that spans the rest of time.

While transporting a 50 foot selenite crystal, the Sunstone emperor accidentally drops it onto an orcish town, destroying half of it and exposing a very rich mining spot. His refusal to admit his incompetence along with his desire to reach the mine as soon as possible sparks a war with Oruk'Tai.   When both sides reached the crystal, they found that the selenite went haywire, preventing anything within the battlefield from permanently dying. Instead, those who are killed simply resurrect at a crystal shrine of their respective nation that was built near the fight. The war becomes eternal, and because of how absolutely stupid it is, it eventually stops being a horrifying, bloody event and becomes a popular source of entertainment for the entire planet to see.
