Relaletukrin
Relaletukrin (Rela's whip) are a vigilante group operating out of Karathe associated with the divine Rela. They primarily are focused on punishment of criminals. They typically wear red scarf masks around their face to disguise who they are.
The group was founded in 20 KG by Etesdoana Relkari, and numbered around 30 people. It operated until they were formerly disbanded in 30 KG, surviving through the revolution.
During the Revolution
The members of the Relaletukrin were mostly anti-royalists, beleiving that the king no longer served his purpose of keeping the law and punishing evil, since he uses the law to his own personal means. The group did assasinations of prominent pro-royalist nobles and were
Notable cases
A male Salthan was tied and gagged in front bound in front of the local city guard station with notes indicating he was caught attempting to break into a closed bar in the market place. He had whip injuries on his back.
A boy was spotted stealing fruit from the market and ran, it was reported by his mother he returned home with switch marks on his bottom. He claims a man in a red mask beat him.
A man who was caught stealing from a charity was ordered to pay back double what he stole as restitition. After leaivng the court building he was ambushed by men in red masks and beaten across his back with a whip.
From 20 KG to 30 NG twoenty bodies of males and females were found with notes indicating they were caught commuting adultry. The killers in these cases were never found, but the Relaletukrin were suspected perpetrators.
The group had it's detractors. 19 year old Sangia stabbed 20 year old Kesha Kes, who he suspected was a member of the group. He stabbed him 3 times in the leg and right hand, causing painful but not life-threatening woulds. Sangia then surrendered to the city guard, claiming self defense.
