Description: Locals tell the only way to know when these sand dwelling creatures are coming is if you are lucky enough to notice the chittering of their chitin armor as they are vibrating up out from the sand to jump attack you from behind. Their swiping claws are like razor blades and can cut through most anything if it is caught on the sharp side, the outer part is blunt and hard good for bashing things. Meanwhile, death comes more frequently from behind by the pincer claws at the end of its tail, if it catches you, more than likely you will not be able to get free unless you are with others who can pry open the claw. The only weakness to these beasts is the soft spot two inch by two inch sizing that is located at the joint of its head and body.
