Otto Bue

Manger of the Floating Song Hotel and Underboss of his section of the Barony for the Rivermen, Otto Bue hides his criminal operation in his Hotel where he plays host to the Mayor of Stilton and major players within the community. He also plays host to the Muses Guild in the town, providing wonderful entertainment and a private security service in the Guardians of the Voice.
