The Governess of Solis and Paragon of the Eternal of Rebirth, Amarasi. She presides over the city and rules entirely, seem favorably by her people. In combat, she wields a flaming sword, gifted to her by her goddess. She is on amicable terms with the Titan Corp. after the Solis Fires and the confrontation with Kymos.
