The Shirt of the Iron Lion
Lord Yahuth is a warrior from a littte know prime nicknamed The Lost Lands who lost his brother to a cult serving the demon Yan-gant-y-tan. Once he had the power he began to travel planes to seek the fiend that took his brother's soul. He fought tooth and nail through the layers of the abyss, destroying, interrogating, and searching for the one who he thought had his brother's soul. When he finally confronted the demon Yan-gant-y-tan told him he remembered his brother and knew of the demon he was turned into. Unbeknownst to Lord Yahuth, Yan-gant-y-tan had devoured his brother's soul the moment of the sacrifice long ago. Yan-gant-y-tan sent Lord Yahuth to Minauros, the third layer of the Nine Hells, to find and rescue the demon who was created from his brother's soul. Yan-gant-y-tan convinced Lord Yahuth that this and a wish would bring back his brother; he was half truthful.
Thus began Lord Yahuth's second descent into the Lower Planes. Lord Yahuth continued his massacre of fiend until he met a Mezzoloth named Sog'thannok. He told Lord Yahuth the truth about his brother and Yan-gant-y-tan. He also told Yahuth where he could find the demon; he was leading an incursion into Avernus. This location could be reached by The River Styx, and Sog'thannok had a Merrenoloths waiting nearby with a boat to take him there. Furious, Yahuth boarded the vessel and stewed during the trip. Conveniently the trip seemed to end just as his anger reached it's zenith. Yan-gant-y-tan was slain, turning the tide of the battle, giving the victory that day to the @devils. Lord Yahuth spent the rest of his days hunting fiends in the Lower Planes with the guidance of Sog'thannok directly sometimes, and unknowingly others. Sadly, Lord Yahuth never found the way to bring his brother back.
