Highly addictive pastry baked by the sisters at the Old Mill. It provides relief from the desolation of Barovia by providing beautiful dreams.  The eater cannot awaken from their dreams or trance-like states until a full rest is achieved. (Fey resistance to sleep/charm nullified) Difficult to break the desire to eat them due to the enchantment on them combined with the desire for escape.
