A creature can use their action to pierce their stomach with the tooth. That creature can then immediately exhale a blast of freezing wind in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

A creature can use their action to pierce their bicep with the tooth. That creature gains immunity to cold damage for 1 minute.

The tooth dissipates into frigid mist if either of these properties are used.
