Strange Pianist
Why does this guy keep showing up? What's with his hat?
First observed playing the piano lethargically at the Absinthe House. Cillian observed a rather large crescent shaped birth mark, typically referred to as a port wine stain wrapping around the neck of this gentlemen. He showed up again when the investigators were exploring the Old Cigar Factory. Though it unclear why he was there or what his intentions were as he immediately ran away. He did appear to run with a strange loping gait into the rain and disappeared under a large storm grate into the sewer system in the Frecnh Quarter of New Orleans.
