Amulet of Dragonfire

The amulet's pendant is made of obsidian engraved with draconic runes, with a colourless gem sat at its centre. The gem shifts colour to match the appearance of the dragonborn who wields the amulet. 
Wearing the amulet allows the Breath Weapon of a dragonborn to be used as a Bonus Action and at the beginning of each turn the user may roll 1d6, with a 6 allowing the Breath Weapon to be instantly recharged.
