Cloak of Resistance

This enchanted cloak is made of a fine and elegant black fabric with scarlet trim. As a Reaction, the wearer can use the Cloak of Resistance to intercept an attack that would deal damage with its enchanted material. 
The user must roll a DC 15 CON saving throw, where success means the attack washes off the cloak and there is no damage taken, while failure means half damage. After two successes, the cloak's enchantments will weaken and it will become briefly unuseable, requiring a long rest to heal. If the cloak takes four failures before a long rest, the enchantment breaks entirely and the cloak is destroyed.
