Cutthroat Dagger

This blade is exceptionally sharp, with a hooked tip in order to cause extra bloodletting. Upon landing a hit, if the target is a creature other than an undead or a construct, it must succeed on a Constitution Saving Throw (DC = 8 + attack modifier) or lose 1d10 hit points due to a bleeding wound. The target repeats the saving throw at the start of each of its turns, taking damage on a failed save.
Each time the Cutthroat Dagger's wielder hits the wounded target with this weapon, the damage dealt by the wound increases by 1d4. Any creature can take an action to stanch the wound with a successful Wisdom (Medicine) check (same DC as the previous Saving Throw). The wound also closes if the target receives magical healing.
