Explosive Javelin Tips

These hefty, red-coloured tips can be affixed to the point of a javellin as a Bonus Action, adding an explosive payload to the weapons. Upon contact, the javellin explodes, dealing 2d6 fire damage to any within a 15ft radius of impact. 
If the javellin misses, then if the attack roll missed by 2 or less then the explosion deals 1d6 to the intended target as if they were only just safely out of range.
