Totem of Aberrant Passage
An ancient totem fashioned to resemble the face of an eldritch creature. It is always cold to the touch. This totem allows you to call on powers from the far realm to create a shortcut between two points on the same plane of existence.
You may use an action to press the totem against a flat surface and knock 3 times on said surface, naming a location you are familiar with on the same plane of existence. On the 3rd knock the totem attaches itself to the surface and tentacles start to emerge from it, growing into a doorway. The door takes 1 minute to fully form and can not be opened before that. An identical doorway grows on a randomly determined surface near the location you named. The door has a maximum height of 7ft. and a maximum width of 10ft, but may be any size within that the user wishes.
The door opens into a bridge, suspended within an eldtrich realm that stretches for 60 ft. and ends in the exit door. Any creature that crosses the bridge is exposed to eldritch forces and must ward off any abominations that may attempt to strike at whoever dares breach their realm. Warlocks of the Great Old One are unchallenged by said creatures, unless the aberrant creatures see them as a threat.
The bridge remains for 1 minute, after which both doors, including the totem, crumble into dust and any creatures that are still inside are consumed by the eldritch horrors. The totem reappears near the creature it was last used by after 1d8 hours.
