Umatshini
Founded by the first sentient Warforged, Umatshini is a city on the island just east of the Rumian Empire in the Azure Sea. Separated from the rest of the empire, Umatshini acts under its own law and has developed its own religious beliefs, including a unique tradition for the creation and deactivation of the members of the warforged species. Though the city has a mainly Warforged population, anyone is welcome to travel to or live in Umatshini. The city is also known for its craftsmanship, as many of the population are adept tinkerers and mechanics.
