Frath Windrivver is brought to Mistwhatch

A Shepard brought Frath to the monastery of Mistwhatch. He reports that a haggard bur beautiful young woman appeared at the other side of the river deviding the setteles lands of Tir Caeau Euraidd from the Cors Marwolaeth.   The woman used magic to fly the infant over the river and the sheapard herd her inside his head telling him to bring the child to mistwatch and into the care of Brother Captain Hermeticus Perceval.
