The "Blood Magister" is head of religious cult Blood of Morgarasha and its supreme leader. The rank is give by The Conclave when current helder is dead or unable to fulfill his/her duties. Usually he or she points out his/her successor and The Conclave just formally validates the choise. However The Conclave have the rights to elect another one, or sometimes - even to remove from power current blood magister. This requires full consensus and unanimity.
The Blood Magister helds ultimate religious and political powers in the cult.
