Nochister
Nochister is small town near the North boder of Leshtavda Swamp. It's located in the valley of Noctira River. The town has been formed around an older inn, built on Via Noctira as a place for rest for travellers. Later, it has became important trade hub for the stock exchange between the Empire and The Swamps. Durring inital stages of Leshtavda's Massacre, the town was almost razed. Survived part was used as briefly used as headquarters by Second Shock Army before its advance in Leshtavda. After the war, the town was lost its strategic importance as trade hub and was largely abandoned. The looming danger of restless deads from The swamps additionally depopulated it. However, the very same danger brought adventurers and glory seekers, who wanted to fight the monsters. The town has been slowly rebuilt as an outpost against the Swamps monstrosities. Later, it was used as headquarter by Order of Purity for awhile, before they founded a Monastery in the nearby. The declining of the Empire turned Nochister into retreat for political and ideological enemies of the reign. After its crumble, the town was quickly forgotten and largely insolated by the world. Currently, its inhabited by strange, alienated folks, closer to the Swampers than the Imperials.
Demographics
The town is inhabited by amalgam of foresters, mountaineers, and swampers. Some sentinent animals and even some reasonable monstrous creatures made it their home.
Government
The town Assembly elects the Mayor but cannot apply control over its mandate. In the assembly are the most prominent townsfolk.
Defences
Town's defence relies on Town's Militia, which includes most of town's young in age 13-18.they are taught in swordplay, axe swinging, archery, and javelin throwing. After initial training, they serves as city guards and gatekeepers under special schedule. All the townsfolk are trained to participate in emergencies and town's defence.
The town itself is framed by walls and has massive gatehouse in South to protect it against assaults from the Leshtavda's monstrosities. Its west side is secured by the Noctira river and east - by Oakhill. The North side is the least protected, as an attack from there is unlike.

The Southernmost is Guardhouse district. It lies direct over Via Noctica and barricade the road and spawns from the riverbed to Oakhill. There are the barracks of town's militia and the Guardhouse.

Ancient village was build by stone under the influence of Graovian architecture. Currently only survived representative is The Inn. The Burned Chirch is realized in the later, Sharvial, style of architecture.
After the Great Fire, the most of the town was burnt and the rest was severely damaged. Repairs and reconstruction were done in the (new then) style of Eakante. Later, the neglecting and the lack of proper maintenance led to lack of any distinguishable style.
Currently, the town has no distict style, as most building are built in different ages, and then repaired and upgraded without following the original concept.
