Cashgogo
Terrifying, sedentary, herbivorous creatures of the ancient Ayara plains.
Basic Information
Anatomy
This hideous species looks like a great cube from outside, with four giant columns at each corner. There is a hard, thick shell on top, jointed and descending down to the legs. Between the columns lies a very hard, rough, webbed skin flexible enough to allow motion with the legs. Inside of this formation lies a great mouth. The primary mouth (there are two) it a great four-hinged opening, with hundreds of vicious teeth facing every direction these saw back and forth in the dark soil, ripping the tough grass up by the roots and carrying it upward into the second mouth. This is made up entirely of molar, which grinds the grass into mulch to then precede to the four stomachs.
Ecology and Habitats
The endless grasslands of Ayara were kept in check by these creatures massive appetite, and fertilized by their droppings.
Dietary Needs and Habits
The Cashgogo needs to eat approximately 1/5 of its body weight in grass each day. (4.5 tons)
