Dragons
We have what every fictional world needs. A little fate, a little mystery, wild races and terrible magic. But also, Dragons.
Rare, and magical, Dragons are the result of those who tried to use magic to gain glory, or power, or wisdom, or wealth. They have these now, glory: for their deeds are legend. Power: for all men fear their wrath. Wisdom: to know that all hope is lost. And Wealth: infinite, but useless.
Driven by greed, a Dragon cannot help but to need more, but is cursed by the knowledge that he will never have enough. Infinetly hungry, but without enough food, constantly greedy, with no hordes big enough, forever lonely, and unable to interact with anyone.
