Sovereign of the Moon
A slender individual, with a mix of feminine and masculine features, M'lanio is graceful yet domineering. She wears flowing silk robes spun from fine silver, glimmering as if the moon was always glinting off her dress. It has always been unclear what the role of M'lanio was amongst the gods, it seemed to be that she was simply a representation of the moons themselves. It was noted, however, that those who slept in her presence always had dreams of peace and awoke rested no matter how long they rested.
City of the Moon
High Alistare was built around the throne of M'lanio. The city is always lit at night as if a full moon was shining down on it, regardless of the phase the moons are in. Anyone who sleeps while in the cities' walls awake feeling fully rested, with a small chance of their dreams manifesting themselves into reality.
