Rotting Lord
Typically resembling an unmoving pile of mottled, green oozing flesh, Toruk could easily have been mistaken for an arid hill if one was not paying attention. The bones of Toruk decayed long ago, leaving him a pool of translucent rotten flesh with minimal control of his form.
City of Decay
The rot of Toruk has permeated the air of Bhazhad. Every item in Bhazhad will begin to decay unless it is kept in specialized glass cases crafted by the talented glass blowers of Bhazhad. The buildings are in a constant state of maintenance, and visitors are often shocked when they find their small items have decayed to nothing within only a few hours of visiting the city.
