Valfene resembles a being shaped in the darkest depths of the ocean. They frequently just sat in the depths of the ocean alone, seeming to ponder its deep depths. Those who stay in the aura of Valfene never worry about requiring to breathe while underwater. It is also noted that many sea creatures seem to flock to her presence when she journeys out into the vast oceans of Sarcesta.

City on the Sea

Valfene's throne city of Oceanika is built resting in the sea just off the coast of one of the Kraz-tak Islands. The residents of this city are able to breathe underwater while within a few miles of its throne. The location of Oceanika on the Kraz-tak Islands is what inspired the orcs to develop their deeply nautical culture.
