Alignments

Every character and faction has a code of ethics philosophy or behavior that they align themselves with. In sarkessceli this rings true as well, but often with a couple of additional twists.

Selfless Trait:

The character serves others before themselves.

Selfish Trait:

The character is to serve and benefit themselves before others.

Opportunist Trait:

The character serves themselves and others as they so choose.

Law vs Self vs Chaos: 

Law or lawful characters follow a preset rules of law of local or global governance. 
Self or neutral are ones own morality and statues before any law created by a government. 
Chaos or Chaotic - To hell with rules and laws I just want to do this action because I don't give a damn about what I do. Consequences do not apply to me. (This statement is often applied to their tombstone, after their death).
