Session 34

The party travels through the forest from the large tree, when coming to the top of the hill wild spots a ruined temple on the bottom of the hill. The ruined temple seemed to be bustling with activity of armed men, all of the men seemed to be on guard as they sit around the temple, almost as if they seem like they are expecting someone to come their way and to confront them. Lazarus tells shrike to scout out the temple IN front of them, and he figures out that they are here to sell a dragon egg that they stole from Migin. The egg sits in the middle of a room surrounded by men and a guard dog. As the men in front of them speak lazarus notices that the voice sound familiar and that the smaller man talking is a blood hunter that they met before named drake. The party devises a plan to confront them.

The group sneaks up on the temple and climbs around the wall to get to the room with the egg and drake. They successful make their way around the walls, with Tymus almost slipping off. The group gathers near the edge then jumped into action. I fierce battle began as multiple storms of arrows came down upon the party, the entire temple seemed to rock as spells were casted and fire was born out of everywhere. Drake attacked with a fire sword and with deadly force. His men attacked with swords and arrows, eventually the day was won and the group was defeated. The party started to devise a way to get the rest of the group to leave the area without leaving, they captured someone and peed his pants and it notified the party that they might not have to try very hard. With some talking the the new enemy leader it turned out that they were brought there without them wanting to, the two groups agree to split ways without any harm. Later that night alkinn does a ceremony to all the people lost during the battle and who the hunters killed.

On the way back the party notices the ships leaving from behind them possible travelling to a spot that is hidden to lead out of the valley, they eventually make it to the tree and Tak awaits them at the entrance to the village. They explain the situation at the ruined temple and tak seems to be slightly disappointed. He tells them that migin has been "antsy" until the return of the party, he notifies them that migin needs to speak to them. As the party starts to climb the tree Wild and Muta notice that the child that was in the cage was no longer their. The go to the top of the tree and meet migin and she tells them she requires a tribute to the next thing that they need to present to the dragon. Migin tells them that she want the want of fireballs, and that they have a choice to choose what they will gain if the win the games, the party chooses a box filled with runes instead of samo and the wand.
