Glittergleam Extract

In the Crystal Atoll, magical crystal swirl the air. These crystals have an innate natural energy within them that allows the healthy growth of flora around it. It is because of this that the Crystal Atoll is so lush and verdant. The crystals are naturally occurring, and cannot be made, and whenever a crystal crashes back down to the surface of the Crystal Atoll, the local druids use the shards of it as a sort of fertilizer for the flora around them.
The term "Glittergleam Extract" can mean one of two things. 1.) The shards broken off of the magical crystals themselves. 2.) The powdered form that is created from crushed shards and spread like fertilizer.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The minerals underneath the crystal atoll combine with the moisture in the air as well as occasional rainfall and cause natural crystallization. The result is a floating mass of natural energy. When a crystal begins to die and crashes down to the land, shards can be broken off and turned into a fine powder. This powder is used by druids as a sort of super fertilizer to grow the flora all around the island, as well as their own gardens.

Because of the fact that the Crystal Atoll is guarded and protected by tribes of druids, these crystals are very hard to come by. The druids don't seek to make a business off the ecosystem of their land, but occasionally they will hand out the broken shards of fallen crystals to visitors, or trade for supplies. On occasion some druids have been known to ignore the wishes of the other druids and attempt to sell shipments of crystals however.
