Kayona

(a.k.a. Strifesewer)

Most known for being Ordoné’s counterpart and sister, Kayona is a god unlike most. Where her sibling seeks to enact order into the world, Kayona seeks to create havoc. She is a being that thrives on chaos.
Being the god of chaos, Kayona is depicted in many different forms. No one can agree and pinpoint just what she looks like. Maybe she changes form for every acolyte she communes with? If there is one thing that seems to be a recurring theme with her depictions, it’s her mask. Kayona wears a harlequin mask that flows off the sides of her face and comes to a wing shape on her right side. The left side of the mask grows upward, with three points resembling flame. Some say the three points of the mask refer to her core beliefs. Much like her mask, Kayona almost has zero symmetry to her appearance. A lack of theme is her theme.
Because having one true name would be too orderly, she has been known by many monikers. Kayona is the most common, but others may know her as Strifesewer. If there is one thing she loves doing, it’s weaving strife into life. A misconception that others have, though, is that these things are done out of malice. Generally, that is not the case. Kayona, and therefore her followers, are pranksters, tricksters, and gamblers. The best don’t actually do much harm or break many laws. They bend the rules just enough to their advantage, or enact some justice for the greater good.
Kayona was formed from a piece of her sister after it was submerged in the Feywild.
