Kolgrasholt

This arctic island is full of snow and ice year-round. People come here when they need to lay low, for its harsh environment makes it unfavorable. With one large community at the center, Kolgrasholt is sometimes forgotten. That is, until the beginning of winter, when the famous Chroma Fest takes place to welcome in the season. To finish the event, Galazeth Prismari (one of the five elder dragons from Strixhaven) puts on a final, flamboyant display to destroy the Vibrant Caps and create them anew for the coming year.
