Perigwyn Citadel

The largest city and capital of Babrin, Perigwyn Citadel is a place that is rife with power. With a general castle aesthetic, complete with walled-in citizens and sentry towers, it is not an easy place to get in. Headquarters of the Babrin army, tons of political figures, and the modern Babrin family, there is always something happening. But the law is enforced a little too much here, which is always a recipe for anarchy.
