Rathalas Harbor

A completely landlocked city, calling this a harbor confuses outsiders. But spend one minute within the boundaries and you’ll quickly understand the ships are not using water to traverse. They use the air. Funnily enough, Rathalas Harbor is the busiest port of the continent, comparable to that of Kroit in Babrin.
Through innovations made by the Incants, it was discovered that Mithral has some magical properties. Its weightlessness can be given to a ship if a band of Mithral is wrapped around the entirety of the vessel. There have been different forms of motion created, from fans to arcane engines, following this discovery. It’s one thing to get a ship to float, it’s another thing entirely to get it to move now that it sits idle in the sky.
