Shiftree Woods

The largest forest in Krakira, this land is just as quirky as the continent it resides. Round in shape, the woods are seemingly divided in quarters. Within each fourth, the trees appear to be in a different season. Switching through spring, summer, autumn, then winter, the trees here all go through a years-cycle in the span of a day.
Because of this, the seasons seem to “spin” around the woods, as each tree remains in one season for about six hours of the day. Researchers deduce this magical phenomenon is linked to the Feywild. There must be some gateway to that plane as many fey creatures make home within the Shiftree Woods.
