Wipporwill

An average sized town with a giant water wheel that dips into the Shattered Sea. What should be a boring town, seems to be just a little off. “There must be something in the water.” is a little too on the nose in Wipporwill. It may seem to have medicinal properties, but there also seem to be side effects included. The fact that they export gallons of it is troubling.
