Revolutionary Council

The Revolutionary Council was East Berlin’s only official covenant during the Cold War, and was in undisputed charge of the domain. Unfortunately, while its control was undisputed, its leadership was anything but, and very few Kindred managed to actually retain the position of Councilmember for more than a year. As East Berlin’s only covenant, the margrave appointed them a seat on the Elector Council. Its elector is Ludwig Schneider of the Ventrue, and he calls himself Chairman instead of Elector.
