Watchful Eyes

The Watchful Eyes is a very small covenant, comprised of less than half a dozen survivors of the original Eyes, plus newly-Embraced vampire hunters selected for recruitment by the Eyes’ current leader, the Haunt Sara Ferreira. There are also a few promising recruits from Kindred society at large. The Eyes is a cultlike group, fanatically devoted to hunting their shadowy nemesis, which they have nicknamed Abaddon. They are fanatically paranoid, and operate in cells, subject to Ferreira’s First Cell — those who survived the purge. Politically, they have a great deal of power, with Ferreira serving as their elector. As the experts on Abaddon, the margrave lends them his ear easily.
