Dominating the eastern part of the Old Canadian Empire, Free Quebec is a powerful industrial nation. The land is rich with natural resources, but beset by dangerous forces to the east. Free Quebec is known for its army of Glitter Boys, and other technological advancements.

Member of the Coalition States, Free Quebec is even more draconian in some ways, viewing psionics and mutants as abominations that must be purged, but it rankles at the idea of promoting ignorance and illiteracy.
