S1. Here there be Dragons
General Summary
Marpenoth 12
Ninris dreams of a White Dragon attacking the Inn and killing everyone.
After he awakens he and the others hear of White Dragon sightings in the area. He helps gather the party together, some in Phandalin for other reasons, but all interested in making some money. The job board has 3 postings on it.
The low-hanging fruit is to head over to Umbrage Hill to rescue Adabra Gwynn and bring her back to Phandalin. The fight off a Manticore that vowed the come back and hunt them down with his mate.
Back in town they engage Harbin Wester for payment and try to negotiate for better rewards beyond what it posted. They do not get along with him considering him a coward. They prank him with sounds of dragon roars, and steel balls that smell of rotting corpse, but he still won't come out of his house.
They return to the Stonehill Inn to make plans to accomplish more of the posted jobs, and find a few red-cloaked thugs harassing Adabra for her potions. They turn to take on the party and teach them a lesson or two.
Rewards Granted
Rewards are:
25 gp for bringing Adabra back safely.
A healing potion each.
A few manticore spikes still stuck in Sir Nesbit's armor.
