Nobody is quite sure how they manage to know all of the things that they know or find all the secrets that they find, but if you’ve got bodies buried these people will find them. They wear cornflower blue uniforms with an indigo darkling beetle stitched on them and collectively answer to Captain Thrice and Thalamus Prescott of the Stratum.
