Thay

The nation of Thay is ruled by a large cabal of wizards known as the Red Wizards of Thay. The entirety of the cast system is based upon one's prowess in wizardry and movement within their specific sect (one for each school of magic). The nation is ruled by the Zulkir (Highest Rank) of Necromancy, a lich named Sazz Tam.
