Vajra Saffar
The 7th to own and have the title/mantle of the Blackstaff Vajra is a wizard prodigy. She's the youngest wizard to reach the skill necessary for it's use & to hold this office. Her late husband was the Blackstaff before her and fell to an assassin A few years before the events of the Dragon Vault. She currently does not possess the full capability of the blackstaff since the article itself was destroyed & the previous owner's spirits are necessary to control so much power. Spicifically the city defenses (Great statues, arcane wards, teleportation fields, etc.)
