Uramear Adventure Log: Entry #21 "Bad Owl"
Taking some time away from the feywild, me, Aerdon, and a new rogue took to aiding the village of Milpazul. They had been reported to be suffering from a bad illness. Supposedly this came from an associate of Karma, so I found the information trustworthy and headed out. This was a region I had never been to in my life, so it was fascinating seeing what it had to offer. In this region the natives had a close connection to the dead, having festivals to speak with them. Even crazier, some of the dead walked alongside the living (felt like I was looking in a mirror). Once we reached Milpazul we were ambushed by bounty hunters, they were quite easy to fend off. During our investigation, we found that this sickness was actually a curse of some kind, and people only got infected during the night, and a good amount of the attacks occurred near a ghost town. After gathering some more info, we waited till nightfall and headed to the ghost town.
Once we arrived, it was easy to find our culprits. It was a band of tieflings. We tried to talk, but they didn’t want to talk, so we fought. It was fairly easy to cut them down. Soon enough the menace showed up. The best way to describe it would be a mutant owl, it gave us a fair bit of trouble, and even tried to curse me. However, with good team coordination, we managed to take down the beast and save the village from the sickness. It's odd for me to think: What was just another day of adventuring to me was a tale of legends for the residents of Milpazul.
Battery Commander Log; Entry #2
(This log is typewritten as opposed to the usual messy handwriting.)
This foray into the Feywild was a smashing success. While we haven’t fully revived our rabbit friend. We managed to secure our friend's body. His soul is in the possession of another king in this plane.
Major takeaways
These ‘season’ fellows are up to no good. I sense that they will need to be dealt with.
The pool of reflection is good for the spirit
I need to shove my buddy in said pool
Stories and performances play a major role in this plane
This coming tournament will be something more than just smashing face
